General Policies

• All custom orders require full payment or a deposit/retainer before work begins.
• Standard processing time is 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
• Rush orders may include an additional fee.
• All orders must be approved by the customer before finalization.

Return / Exchange Policy

• No returns due to the custom nature of your items.
• Exchanges are only available if:
– The item received is incorrect
– The mistake was made by CraftN In Any Event
• Customers must notify within 24 hours of receiving their order.

Order Accuracy

• Final product colors and sizes may vary slightly due to screens, materials, or printing.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct spellings, dates, and details before production.

Deposits & Retainers

• A non-refundable deposit/retainer is required to secure any custom order or party booking.
• Work does not begin until the deposit is received.

Shipping / Pickup

• Local pickup available in Omaha, NE (full address hidden for safety until pickup).
• Shipping available for select products (treat boxes, crafts, coloring items, digital files).
